First off welcome back to Draft Central. It's been 2 years since our last entry and we start back with a big prospect. 6'4 225 pound Tim Carter from the University of Notre Dame. This kid can be summed up in 2 words, "rocket arm" His production in college was phenomenal, leading Coach Kelly to his first BCS bowl game and win in 2011. Along with having to deal with the fans and flash that comes with being a Notre Dame QB, Carter handled it all amazingly showing the poise that's needed on and off the field. This kid is impressive, accuracy with power is a deadly combination, I've watched all his reads on film and he didn't miss one in his four years at ND. He fits the mold of a Daunte Culpepper, but may be as good as Daunte right before his prime, right now. This kid is a can't miss prospect who teams should be trading up for.
