Ok so i just found out available funds which i thought were for upgrading the stadium only affect signing players and i can't re-sign anyone even though i have 30 mil of free cap space.

anyone else have this problem?

Only way you could resign players if you dont give bonuses, but thats gonna be tough.  those funds are for stadiums and bonuses.

yea lucky i didnt kill all my money but most players want bonuses or a shit ton of cap pay...
